Meet Lily
Founder of Encore Pilates, Lily was born and raised in Sandpoint by a yoga loving mom who taught her that movement and physical expression were vital to living well. Lily found pilates while living in Hawaii, eventually quitting her corporate job in resort management to move to San Diego to pursue her pilates education. 500 hours of education, managing a reformer studio, monthly workshops and continued ed, plus 20 weekly hours of teaching gave Lily the confidence to bring her passion and expertise back to her hometown.
"My philosophy is that winners continue to win because they have the confidence to show up and do their best, regardless of circumstance. They eliminate doubt and operate from a place of self trust and self respect."
"Pilates is a space where that mindset is available to us all. Physical and mental change is incremental, but with proper intentional guidance you see and feel it on a fast track, building new neural pathways and accessing movement patterns that liberate your nervous system. My goal is to instill confidence in my clients inside and outside of the studio, making sure you know you are strong, capable, and can do hard things."
Meet Lexi
"Hello! I was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico, where my love of Pilates began. What started as rehabilitation for my own back pain became a full-blown obsession. Fast-forward 8 years into teaching, and I am more in love with Pilates than ever before. My favorite part about teaching is that moment of clarity when a client understands a move better and can feel a difference in their body and positioning - pure magic. My other passions include painting, paddleboarding, reading, snowboarding, lounging in the sun like a housecat, and building killer workout playlists for class."
A favorite Lexi quote of ours is: "A bad day at Pilates is better than a good day anywhere else."

Meet Kristen
"Movement has been one of the greatest gifts in my life. I grew up on a farm in North Dakota and spent my childhood outside and running track and field. Through seasons of loss and change, yoga and Pilates helped me find strength, confidence, and a deeper connection to myself. After teaching yoga and sculpt classes for eight years and reformer pilates for over two years in Arizona, I've discovered that my favorite part of teaching is helping others experience a true love of movement and build confidence in themselves."
"I love that Pilates challenges both the body and mind while still being fun, approachable, and accessible. "My goal is to create an encouraging, FUN environment where clients feel empowered to move, grow, and celebrate what their bodies can do."

"Outside the studio, I divide my time between Sandpoint and Arizona and enjoy dirt biking, boating, snowboarding, hiking and traveling with my husband."
